would only be one or two a year.

In these circumstances, we do not think

there would be any advantage in circularising other

Governments concerning these courses, as it appears

to be very probable that if only occasional courses

are taken, Marconi's Wireless Telegraph Co. Ltd.,

would arrange them without charge, as it is to their

interest to see that wireless stations provided by

them are efficiently operated.
